Adopt-a-Park Program

Adopt-A-Park is a volunteer program that allows the City of Phoenix to maximize its resources and offer residents an opportunity to give something back to their community.

The City of Phoenix has hundreds of parks, preserves, and facilities that are available for a group or individual to adopt or sponsor. You can adopt an entire park or specific parts of a park such as: Sports Fields, Flower Beds, Trails, Courts, Park benches/Picnic Tables, Playgrounds, Urban Lakes and Waterways, Trees & Shrubs, Parking Areas, Exercise course, and more.

We are open to any group looking to give back to our community! Here are a few examples: hiking and biking enthusiasts, neighborhood associations, religious groups, schools, scout troops, military, or civic associations. We also invite individuals to join our Adopt-A-Park program.

There is no cost to adopt a park, just a committment to caring for the park in whichever way you decide. Click on the attachment below to view the Adopt-a-Park FAQ.
