Ambassador volunteers walk the Garden during public hours. They greet each visitor and monitor the Garden. Ambassadors complete a 2-hour training program and commit to a 3-hour shift that repeats each week. (e.g. every Sunday 1:00-4:00.) This position is perfect for people who like to share their love of the Garden by chatting informally. Gardener volunteers meet early on Saturday mornings. Tasks range from light (e.g. raking, weeding) to heavy (e.g. digging, turning compost.) No experience is necessary. Volunteers must be 18+ years of age.
